Admission Process

Online Application

When you are ready to apply, click the button that says Apply Now. Here are some things you may want to be aware of prior to beginning the application process:

  • We charge a $220 non-refundable application fee per application, payable online.

  • To apply, you will need to Create an Account for your family. This account will allow you to go back and see where you are in the application process.

  • Your application will be complete upon receipt of the following supplemental documents and forms. You will be prompted to upload the following:

    • Teacher and Pastor References (these will be emailed directly)

    • Copy of Most Recent Report Card

    • Copy of Most Recent Achievement Testing

 

Additional Steps

Once your online application is complete, you will be contacted to schedule the following:

  • Entrance Evaluations

  • Parent and Student Conferences with school leadership

  • If you have not yet taken a tour of the school, or you would like to see more, this is also a good opportunity to do so.

Application Status

After your application is submitted, you will be able to track your admissions status, monitor when the school receives additional forms and, if necessary, reprint the forms and completed application. To view your application status, please use your username and password to access your account.

Our priority re-enrollment period for current families is during the months of January and February. Once the priority re-enrollment period ends, the Admissions Committee will meet to begin reviewing completed applications to accept new families. Applications will be reviewed in the order they are received and acceptance letters will be sent starting in March. Please expect up to two weeks from the Parent and Student Conferences to hear an admissions decision.

Current families wishing to add a new student and New families with K4 and K5 students^ are encouraged to apply by January 15. Completed applications may be reviewed and given a decision in February.

*Early Decision applicants will be placed following the re-enrollment period that gives priority placement to our current families. Variable Tuition application deadline is March 1. Variable Tuition will be available on a limited basis to applicants after this deadline.

**Applications received after August 1 may not be processed prior to the start of school. If there is still space in the desired grade, we will continue to process completed applications. However, we cannot guarantee that your child will start on the first day of school.

^Please note that for students entering PreKindergarten, the student must be 4 years of age by August 31 of the enrolled school year. For students entering Kindergarten, the student must be 5 years of age by August 31 of the enrolled school year.

 

Accepted Students

Once we send an admissions acceptance letter, families will have approximately 10 days to complete the enrollment packet, securing their child’s spot in the desired grade. The enrollment packet includes additional demographic information, an enrollment contract, as well as a $1,000 non-refundable deposit. Once you have completed this, your job is done until school starts.
